The Jockey Club Pathway to Healthy Ageing Project is sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club and organized by the University of Hong Kong School of Nursing. It is in collaboration with Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Pok Oi Hospital, and the Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council – three non-profit organizations. There are a total of 14 centers across Hong Kong currently participating in this project.
