The Jockey Club Pathway to Healthy Ageing Project has been running for over two years, continuously providing health assessments and workshops for the elderly in all 18 districts of Hong Kong. During these activities, broadcasts are also jointly recorded to enhance the health status of the elderly in the community. This time, we have invited three health coaches to share their insights and feelings: Yee Wah, from the Ma On Shan Neighbourhood Elderly Centre ; Mei Yee, from the Wong Muk Fung Memorial Elderly Health Support and Learning Centre; and Lisa, from Engage.
